VHE was awarded the contract to demolish buildings and create platforms for new residential developments.
Following site clearance and the removal of any trees not required in the site finished layout, VHE carried out the demolition of existing buildings and removal of foundations, including redundant drainage.
An outdoor swimming pool was also broken and grubbed out as part of the clearance. Foundation removal was carried out to the buildings to ensure the client could excavate for foundations/drainage without obstructions and also to enable a subcontract drilling / grouting company to access all areas of the site.
