Whilst carrying out land remediation work we will often uncover invasive species within a development site.
An invasive species is a plant, animal or pathogen that is not native to the ecosystem being developed. Unless dealt with properly using tried and trusted methods, the discovery of invasive species on a development can have wide ranging and costly implications. As an example of this, we have recently successfully completed schemes involving the management of both Japanese Knotweed and Giant Hogweed.
Many of the remediation projects undertaken by VHE in recent years have incorporated the removal, disposal or ongoing seasonal spraying of invasive species. Our work in such areas is backed by guarantees, and can involve ongoing monitoring to ensure their success.
Please contact VHE to discuss the removal, disposal or ongoing seasonal spraying of invasive species and your remediation requirements on 01226 320150 or alternatively use our quick enquiry form.
