Moisture modification is being undertaken to improve the geotechnical properties of the ground to allow subsequent development.
Due to the historical use of the site large volumes of Galligu have been tipped, this is now being incorporated as fill material following moisture conditioning in accordance with the Materials Management Plan for the site.
