VHE celebrates long service and employee training achievements

We are proud of the fact that we have a number of employees who have been with us continuously for periods in excess of 25 years. Currently;

5% of staff have been with VHE over 25 years

17% of staff have been with VHE over 20 years

45% of staff have been with VHE over 15 years

60% of staff have been with VHE over 10 years

Alongside our impressive record of long serving employees, many staff have returned to VHE after short breaks pursuing their careers with other companies.

We have always made a long term commitment to employees and are happy to provide training to graduates to help to develop industry awareness, in fact, four graduates who previously undertook a placement with us are now in full time employment with VHE and we currently have four additional students with us on their placement year.

At VHE the contribution of employees is rewarded and we strive to provide training opportunities that help our employees benefit from the growth of the business. In providing further education, 10% of our current workforce has gained educational qualifications such as HNC, HND, BEng and BSc through continued support from the business.
