Continuing our long tradition of providing excellent vocational training we are pleased to welcome a new University placement student to VHE.
VHE welcomes James Carlow, a Summer Placement Chemical Engineer, who has recently joined to assist the Technology team within our internal laboratory with chemical processing techniques and soil washing capabilities. James joins us from Lancaster University after successfully completing his second year studying Chemical Engineering.
During his time with us James will have the opportunity to become involved in projects throughout the UK, gaining valuable insight in to the operational requirements of the project delivery during contaminated land remediation, earthworks and infrastructure construction.
Since 2005 VHE have employed 26 placement students and are proud to have provided the first stepping stone in their career. Ahead of interviewing for 2019/2020 placement students we inspired them by looking back at all of the placement students to show their progression after they have been employed by us, completed their degrees and gone into the workplace following graduation.
If you are interested in working with one of the UK’s leading remediation contractors visit our careers page and contact us on 01226 320150 or through the quick enquiry form.
