Having completed works at the Serpentine site in Aston, Birmingham, for the Homes and Communities Agency, we have since been awarded a contract for similar remediation and development works at the nearby former Rylands Garage, working this time directly for Birmingham City Council. Phase one of these works has already been completed and we are preparing to return to complete Phase 3 which has a completion date of May 2016.
