VHE have purchased a Fendt 933 Vario Profi Tractor to supplement the equipment already in use on our Soil Stabilisation operations.
The stabilisation equipment is currently in operation for Kier Living at Knowle Avenue, Ashton-U-Lyne, and with future projects such as Sighthill and Dalmarnock earmarked to utilise Soil Stabilisation as part of their remediation, we felt it the right time to expand our capacity.
The Fendt 933 features Vario TMS (Tractor Management System) which balances fuel consumption against power demand to make it the most fuel efficient tractor in its class. It allows the tractor speed to be set at 0.2km/hr increments up to a maximum speed of 60km/hr. This provides maximum control ideally suited for operating the Stabilisation equipment. With an Engine Power of 330hp and providing 275hp to the PTO the new tractor has a lot more power than the existing Case 7250 and also provides lifting capacity to front 5.5t and rear 11.5t more than capable of handling the front mounted spreader and the rear mixer box.
