Enabling Works at Seabraes former Rail Goods Yard

VHE are nearing completion of an enabling package of works for Scottish Enterprise at the former Seabraes rail goods yard in Dundee.

The works are on the Residential Development part of the site which is being developed for both Commercial (Digital Media Campus) and Residential use. This involves the relocation of surcharge material and the installation of in excess of 100 settlement monitoring stations and extensometers. The surcharging works also extended into the Deaf Action complex requiring the taking down and rebuilding a stone wall.
