The second phase of works includes earthworks to create development platforms including ponds. The site, which can be seen from the M62 at Castleford, will support further residential development and will meet the requirements of NHBC.
The previous phase of works, which included bulk earthworks, surface and foul drainage and the creation of an attenuation pond, received a Beyond Compliance recognition during the CCS audits and won a Considerate Constructors National Site Award in the £500k - £1m category. Keepmoat Homes are currently building on this area.
