The Glasgow City Region City Deal, one of the largest in the UK, will fund major infrastructure projects; create thousands of new jobs and assist thousands of unemployed people back into work; improve connectivity, including roads and public transport; drive business innovation and growth through the support of key sectors and generate billions of pounds of private sector investment.
