VHE have had further success with Harworth Estates having secured the contract for Earthworks and Infrastructure at Flass Lane. The development will ultimately support more than 500 residential units and a new link road.
We shall be working under an Infrastructure Conditions of Contract (ICC) Design and Construct contract which includes 160,000m3 earthworks, surface water and foul water sewers with pumping station and attenuation pond. A new site entrance and sub-station will provide provision of services to the future development.
Alan Woods and Partners will be assisting VHE with design elements for the work which will be undertaken over a 12 week program.
The site is clearly visible from the M62 motorway and is next to another site previously redeveloped by VHE on behalf of Strata Homes on Flass Lane.
