Regional Contracting

Operating in locations throughout the North and Midlands, VHE Regional Contracting offers a wide variety of earthworks, remediation and infrastructure services.

We are staffed by a permanent, dedicated team with access to the plant and resources of the VHE Group and provide quality and professionalism without compromising competitive prices. Our flexibility and experience allows us to compete through conventional tendering opportunities or by providing value-engineered solutions with Early Contractor Involvement.

We work for a broad variety of clients ranging from local authorities and property developers to numerous housebuilders such as Miller Homes, Gleeson Homes, Haslam Homes, Cala Homes, Strata Homes and George Wimpey Homes.

Our experience includes work on schemes under the Government’s Housing Market Renewal Initiative (HMRI), also known as ‘Pathfinder’, to regenerate derelict land and make way for new residential development.

We also have unrivalled experience of remediating sites determined as contaminated under Part IIA of the Environmental Protection Act.
