Land Projects

VHE Land Projects is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Renew Group specialising in development and the remediation of brownfield sites. VHE Land Projects undertakes developments and assists landowners/other developers to maximise the value of their sites and through its expertise, contacts and resources, purchases sites for development, sale and lease where appropriate.

Previous development projects include sales in Westlakes Science and Technology Park in Cumbria for customers engaged in the nuclear industry and a site in Lancashire for the Secretary of State. Past projects include the development of offices for the public and private sector in Cumbria, the North West and Yorkshire, manufacturing premises in the North of England and warehouses throughout the United Kingdom for DHL (previously Securicor).

As part of Renew Holdings, VHE Land Projects Ltd has access to the diverse construction disciplines within the general and specialist group construction companies as well as in-house design capabilities.
