VHE Land Projects is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Renew Group specialising in development and the remediation of brownfield sites. VHE Land Projects undertakes developments and assists landowners/other developers to maximise the value of their sites and through its expertise, contacts and resources, purchases sites for development, sale and lease where appropriate. Current development projects include sites in Westlakes Science and Technology Park in Cumbria for clients engaged in the nuclear industry and a site in Lancashire for the Secretary of State. Past projects include development of offices for the public and private sector in Cumbria, the Northwest and Yorkshire, manufacturing premises in the North of England and warehouses throughout the UK for DHL (previously Securicor). Being part of the Renew Group VHE Land Projects Ltd has access to the many construction disciplines with general and specialist group construction companies, with offices throughout England.
