In recent years an increasing amount of residential development has been carried out on former use sites which required extensive remediation works. As one of the foremost remediation and infrastructure contractors in the UK, VHE has carried out a vast amount of such work for site owners and housing developers.

We understand what residential developers expect of their remediation and infrastructure contractors and are able to develop and deliver the most appropriate cost effective solutions through our integrated approach to such work.

In addition to working for national residential developers on new developments, VHE has extensive experience of working with existing householders in carrying out work under Part IIA of the Environmental Act 1990. This involves extensive liaison with residents in terms of the planning and implementation of such work.
